onsemi is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Diffusion Module Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Hopewell Junction, NY. This position will serve as a key technical resource supporting metrology systems and manufacturing operations during evening production hours.

The successful candidate will partner closely with Operations, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to rapidly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues impacting production performance. This role will focus on driving equipment performance, process stability, defect reduction, productivity improvements, and continuous operational excellence.

Shift Structure

The Diffusion organization utilizes a dedicated evening engineering model to provide direct support to manufacturing operations during critical production hours.

Shift A: Sunday – Wednesday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Shift B: Wednesday- Saturday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Dedicated overlap every Wednesday for project reviews, prioritization, communication, and shift handoff activities.
Engineering coverage every evening and on weekends.
