SUMMARY
To perform in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner, a combination of duties mainly related, but not limited, to check-in and check-out of guests, which contributes to an overall positive experience. This is part time position, with the potential for full-time work.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Registers and assigns rooms to
- Issue room keys and give instructions to guests as appropriate.
- Stamps mail in the out
- Transmits and receives messages using equipment such as telephone, fax and switchboard.
- Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests and shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions
- Keeps records of room availability and guests'
- Computes bills, collects payment and makes changes for
- Make, confirm, modify and cancel reservations for
- May post charges such as room, food, or telephone by hand or
- May make restaurant, transportation or entertainment reservations for
- May deposit guests' valuables in hotel safe or safe deposit

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Must have good customer relations skills. A friendly and professional tone and actions are vital. Must be able to speak clearly and listen carefully. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Lifting 20Ibs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 10 lbs. requires walking or standing to a significant degree. Talking. Hearing.
