POSITION SUMMARY

Maintains clean and sanitary utensils while helping out fellow employees in areas of the kitchen when directed. 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

·    Responsible for bussing tables and bringing dirty dishes to the kitchen from dining area

·    Safely operate dishwasher equipment to produce clean and sanitary kitchen and dining utensils.

·    Maintain clean-as-you-go practice.

·    Responsible for leaving dishwasher and dish washing area clean, sanitized and stocked at end of shift.

·    Removal of garbage and cleaning garbage containers regularly.

·    Helps put incoming inventory away.

·    Attends all meetings and/or training sessions as required.

·    Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

·    High School Diploma or equivalent.

·    Must posses excellent customer service skills.

·    Ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the public.

·    Ability to work on a flexible shift schedule.

·    Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.

·    Ability to lift (50lbs).

·    Pre-employment drug testing with applicants receiving an offer of conditional employment.

·    Must be able to obtain a Blackfeet Tribal Gaming License.

REQUIREMENTS

·    Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.  Good interpersonal skills required.

·    Must be reliable (good attendance and punctuality), organized, flexible, and posses excellent time management skills.

·    Attention to detail and accuracy required.  

Must possess a high level of integrity, and ability to maintain confidential information.
