Position Overview
TeamZak is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing, verifying, and maintaining company data across internal systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work with large datasets, and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage data in company databases and internal systems

  • Review and verify incoming information for accuracy and completeness

  • Identify, investigate, and correct data discrepancies or errors

  • Maintain organized digital records and documentation

  • Assist with compiling and generating reports for internal departments

  • Ensure compliance with company data management procedures

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Associate degree in business administration, information systems, or related field preferred

  • Previous experience in data processing, data entry, or administrative roles preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data management tools

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to analyze and manage large volumes of information
