What You’ll Do:
- Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment for infants.
- Implement our fun, hands-on L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to support early learning and development.
- Build strong relationships with families by sharing daily updates, photos, and milestones.
- Collaborate with other teachers and center leadership to maintain a positive and supportive workplace.
- Model best practices in early childhood education and help guide assistant teachers in the classroom.
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 months of professional childcare or teaching experience (1 year preferred).
- Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred; High school diploma/GED required.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and infant milestones.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- A positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude!
