Job Description: 

USA Mechanical is currently seeking an experienced, licensed HVAC Technician holding a valid D-2 or S-2 license in the State of CT. This individual would be part of an ever-growing service company who specializes in commercial and industrial applications ranging from small office buildings to large manufacturing or processing plants. We have a broad account base and work throughout the State of CT. Must have the ability to effectively interact with others and work independently. Proven ability to exercise strong interpersonal skills for effective verbal, written, and listening communications. Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure. Ability to assess, interpret and apply government and industry standards. We emphasize building a strong, TEAM environment and producing quality work for our customers.

 

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

Establish a business relationship with internal and external customers.

Provide guidance and support to the USA Mechanical team.

Consistently demonstrate a high level of productivity with high quality outcomes.

Take initiative in helping solve commercial HVAC related issues. 

A positive and resourceful can-do attitude.

Team building mindset.

Able to switch focus quickly and effectively.

Multi-tasking.

On-call rotation

Preventative maintenance

Service repair and installation

 

Qualifications:

S-1 or S-2, D-1 or D-2 license in CT (Required)

EPA Technician (Preferred)

OSHA 10 (Required)

Exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent data analysis, problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Requires 1-5+ years of related experience

Valid driver’s license

 

Work Location:

State of CT & RI.

 

Typical start & End time:

7am to 3:30pm (Overtime as needed).
