Dishwasher

The Providence Oyster Bar located in East Greenwich is hiring a Dishwasher! 

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, kitchen equipment, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors, removing trash and debris, etc. 
• Uphold the kitchen cleanliness standards including sanitizing surfaces. 
• Adhere to the Health Department standards at all times within all kitchen operations. Immediately, report any concerns with the manager. 
• Uphold the FIFO (First In, First Out) process to include all products are appropriately dated. 
• Uphold the refrigerator food storage safety measures to include product placement and temperature logs. 
• Report inventory and product needs to the manager
• Uphold the company's policies and procedures.
• All other assigned duties.
