Madden’s is currently seeking Bartenders for the 2026 season. Duties and Responsibilities Set up and break down banquet bar stations according to event specifications. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently. Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible service. Follow all recipes, portion controls, and service standards. Verify guest age and comply with all alcohol service laws. Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager. Performs opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to: inventory, cash control and cleaning. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout events. Accountable for checks and cash transactions, drink tickets and POS systems as required. Utilizes Point of Sales System. Reviews banquet or dining room schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events. Assist with inventory counts and restocking after events.  Performs other duties as required.  Reliable attendance. Skills and Abilities: Good multi-tasking skills Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work quickly and efficiently in high-volume settings Provide friendly, professional service to guests Great time management skills Must be able to work alongside other people and independently    Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED. Previous bartending experience required; banquet or event experience preferred Basic knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Must be of legal age to serve alcohol  Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not require any supervisory responsibilities.  Work Environment: Work is performed in multiple dining outlets.  Physical Demands: Primarily standing for prolonged periods of time. Must have the ability to stand, walk, talk/hear, both in person and by telephone, occasionally required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 40 pounds sometimes repeatedly.  Expected Hours of Work: Flexible schedule with nights, weekends and holidays.  Travel: Less than 10% travel required.
