About the Role:

The Account Manager for Key Accounts plays a crucial role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our most significant clients. This position is responsible for understanding client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management. The Account Manager will collaborate with various internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives. By acting as the primary point of contact, the Account Manager will facilitate communication and address any issues that arise, ensuring a seamless client experience. Ultimately, the success of this role is measured by client retention, satisfaction, and the achievement of sales targets.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a related environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing key accounts in a specific industry relevant to our business.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. (Salesforce)
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Create and implement account strategies to drive growth and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services that meet client expectations.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients, addressing any concerns proactively.
  • Prepare and present reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills:

The required skills for this role include strong communication and relationship-building abilities, which are essential for engaging with clients and understanding their needs. Analytical skills are also crucial, as the Account Manager will need to assess account performance and identify growth opportunities.
