Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performs financial duties including processing of payments, collect receivables, and submitting adjustments
- Vehicle estimating
- Negotiating supplements
- Collects and records payments for completed repairs
- Greets and assists customers, schedules vehicle estimates, checks in vehicles, performs follow-up calls to customers upon completion of vehicle
- Reviews repair orders for accuracy
- Maintains and organizes vendor invoices and purchase orders
- Other duties as assigned
