The Building Engineering Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all building engineering operations within mission‑critical environments. This role serves as the primary ABM site representative for daily facility operations, ensuring the continuous, safe, and reliable performance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life safety systems. The Building Engineering Supervisor provides leadership to engineering staff, critical facility technicians, and external service partners while supporting site leadership in achieving 100% operational availability. This position emphasizes operational excellence, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across all facility systems and services.
Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000/YR Salary
The pay listed is the hourly range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.Â
