You will:

  • Provide strategic oversight and governance of the North America Health Program across all business locations, ensuring consistent application of occupational health standards and established procedures.

  • Partner with site HSE teams, onsite occupational health clinics, and third-party vendors to facilitate effective program management.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that provide visibility into program execution and regulatory compliance.

  • Monitor program performance metrics, identify execution gaps, and escalate issues requiring leadership intervention.

  • Support and assist implementation of standardized occupational health processes, documentation, and reporting tools across North America.

  • Support the Sr. North America Health Manager with health audits, regulatory inspections, and internal reviews by ensuring required documentation is complete, accurate, and readily available.

  • Support occupational health case management activities, including return-to-work processes, work restrictions, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and medical accommodations.

  • Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders for vendor performance, scheduling activities, invoicing, and service delivery to ensure operational effectiveness.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementation of best practices that improve efficiency, quality, and employee health experience.

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned in support of the North America Health organization.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health, Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, Exercise Science, Safety, or a related discipline preferred.

  • Experience coordinating occupational health or medical surveillance programs within manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of applicable occupational health, safety, and workers compensation regulations across North America, including OSHA, Canadian federal/provincial OH&S authorities, and Mexican STPS/NOM regulatory authorities.

  • Experience working with multiple locations, external healthcare providers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, data management systems, and occupational health software platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels.
