What you will do:
- Lead cross-functional IPT focused on increasing carbon seals throughput to align with increasing demand across multiple programs
- Map current capacity within the supply base and develop plans to alleviate bottlenecks
- Coordinate engineering activities to drive first pass yield improvements at sub-tier special processes
- Align strategic supply chain activities with SSM (Strategic Sourcing Manager) and VSM (Value Stream Manager)
- Ensure raw material stream consistent with needs of programs
- Present plans and activity status to executive leadership across multiple engine platforms
- Own and manage prioritization of sub-tier critical processes
- Travel to current suppliers and sub-tier process houses expected 10-20% in order to develop and execute on joint recovery plans
Qualifications You Must Have
- A University Degree or equivalent experience with 12 years of experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field with 10 years of experience

Qualifications We Prefer
- Extensive experience in a procurement and/or manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required
- Good understanding of PW quality and engineering specifications. Â

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
