Job Title: Bilingual Dispatcher (Warehouse) – Immediate Start
Location:Â East Hartford, CT 06108
Pay:Â $20.00/hour
Schedule:Â Weekly Pay (Every Friday)
Job Overview
We are currently hiring reliable Bilingual Dispatchers for a fast-paced warehouse environment in East Hartford, CT. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent placement after 480 hours worked.
This is a hands-on role that combines dispatching duties with warehouse support.
Shift Details
- Sunday – Saturday (schedule assigned)
- Start Time: 5:00 AM until end of shift
- Must be available to work weekends
Responsibilities
- Dispatch and track shipments using computer systems
- Communicate with drivers and team members
- Send emails and update shipment information
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks
- Move pallets and operate a hand pump jack
- Support daily warehouse operations as needed
Requirements
- MUST be reliable with strong attendance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, dispatch systems)
- Ability to lift and move pallets
- Experience with pallet jacks is a plus
- Team player with a strong work ethic
