Repair vehicles in a safe, efficient, ethical manner with customer satisfaction as first priority.
Responsibilities
Maintain ASE and/or manufacturer-required certifications; stay up to date with all manufacturer technical data as well as service bulletins. Ensure compliance with all safety and OSHA regulations that pertain to your job. Â
Read and understand customer complaints; diagnose and advise findings; complete all authorized repairs in accordance with manufacturer and company policy; return warranty parts to parts dept and road test vehicles as needed to verify completion of repairs. Â
Properly document all repairs using both internet-based tools and physical Repair Order documentation as instructed per department requirements. Â
Meet all flat-rate hour production-based metrics as prescribed by Management. Â
Act as a leader, mentor, and trainer to employees in the in Technician, Lube Technician, and Apprentice Technician roles
Qualifications
High School Diploma Â
1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred Â
Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset Â
Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement Â
Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening. Â
Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers. Â
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
