Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Swiss CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain Swiss-style CNC machines. The ideal candidate will have experience producing precision components, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines
Perform routine machine adjustments and tool changes
Monitor production runs to ensure quality and efficiency
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

2+ years of experience operating Swiss CNC machines
Strong understanding of CNC programming; G-code knowledge preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred Skills

Experience with multi-axis Swiss machines (Citizen, Tsugami)
Experience machining a variety of materials including stainless steel, Inconel, titanium, and aluminum
Familiarity with high-precision, tight-tolerance manufacturing environments
Programming experience is a plus
