Join our growing team!! We are seeking a tool repair technician for a fast growing company! We offer a full benefits package, plenty of overtime opportunities, as well as PTO and Vacation time.


Success in this position requires proficiency in tool repair, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and ensuring tools and equipment are properly serviced and maintained.


Job Duties:

• Performs repairs on electrical and battery-operated power tools, gas equipment, outdoor power equipment, etc.

• Receives incoming repairs and creates proper documentation

• Maintains a clean, organized and safe work area

• Provides customer with quality customer service demonstrating a sense of urgency to complete and deliver the repair

• Supports customer service needs onsite, as well as through phone support and e-mail communication

• Properly completes service reports and enters data appropriately through designated computer system

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years experience

• Ability to read and comprehend tool schematics and diagrams

• Strong time management and critical thinking skills

• Excellent decision making skills

• Ability to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks

• Experience in handling difficult customer service situations

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite


Essential functions:

• Physical dexterity for use of tools and ability to lift up to 75 lbs

• Ability to review and interpret computer images and written documents

• Analytical ability including basic math skills
