Electrical Service Technician

Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Electrician to join our team. As a Service Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading electrical systems for residential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade residential electrical systems   

- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

- Communicate with clients to understand their electrical needs and provide solutions

- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times

- Keep your company truck clean, inside and out

- Keep your truck inventory up to date

- Properly complete digital invoices and estimates. We use Service Titan, a leading software in the industry

- Have and maintain a clean driving record

- Maintain a clean and professional appearance

- Provide a 5-star customer service experience 

- Participate in company-provided training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional

- Join a limited on-call schedule

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent experience

- Minimum 2 years experience as a service electrician 

- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and customer service skills
