Join a growing engineering team focused on developing innovative diaphragm valve solutions for the Biopharma industry. The Product Engineer leads product design, technical analysis, testing, and manufacturing support while collaborating across multiple functions to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements. This role offers the opportunity to influence product performance, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic growth initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Â

- Design, develop, and modify diaphragm valve products and related components to meet customer and business requirements.
- Create and maintain engineering drawings, bills of materials, product configurations, and technical documentation.
- Evaluate customer specifications and technical requirements to develop effective product solutions.
- Conduct engineering calculations, testing, and analysis to verify product performance, reliability, and compliance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support customer projects and resolve technical issues.
- Provide engineering support for production, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate prototype development, testing activities, and product validation efforts.
- Review and approve engineering drawings and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Support new product introduction, product enhancements, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Drive process improvements that enhance product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a technical resource for internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
- Utilize CAD and engineering software to develop designs, models, and production documentation.

Position Requirements
Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or product development environment.
- Experience with product design, engineering drawings, testing, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Proficiency with CAD software; Creo/ProE experience preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and engineering-related software tools.
- EIT certification or Professional Engineer (PE) track is a plus.
- Experience with valve products, fluid control systems, or Biopharma manufacturing is preferred.
