Warehouse Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations, manage inventory, and support our sales and route teams. This role is critical to keeping the warehouse organized, accurate, and running efficiently.

 What You’ll Do
 - Oversee receiving, storage, picking, and loading operations
 - Manage inventory accuracy and ensure proper product rotation (FIFO)
 - Lead and supervise warehouse staff (scheduling, training, accountability)
 - Ensure orders are picked and routes are loaded accurately and on time
 - Monitor product quality, including damaged and out-of-code items
 - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
 - Support route and sales teams with daily operational needs
 
 What We’re Looking For
 - Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience
 - Experience in distribution, food service, or DSD environment preferred
 - Freezer / cold storage experience preferred
 - Spanish is a plus
 - Strong leadership and organizational skills
 - Experience with WMS, inventory systems, and business software
 - Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment
 - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
 
 Compensation
 - $65,000 – $75,000 annually, based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based incentives
