Description:

Birch Agency is seeking a School Social Worker to join a school-based team in Mason, Michigan for the remainder of the current school year. This full-time position offers an opportunity to support students social, emotional, and behavioral needs in a collaborative educational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students

• Support social-emotional learning and behavior intervention plans

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff

• Participate in IEP and student support team meetings

• Maintain documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan School Social Worker license or certification

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and case management skills

• Ability to support students with diverse social-emotional and behavioral needs
