We are seeking a Construction Manager – OFCI & OSM to support the execution of large-scale data center projects in the Dresden region.

This role focuses on the coordination and integration of client-owned equipment and materials (OFCI) as well as off-site manufactured and modular systems (OSM). The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing material flow, logistics interfaces, installation readiness, and coordination between suppliers, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery and integration of client-furnished equipment, materials, and modular systems within a large-scale industrial construction project.
  • Coordinate logistics activities, material flow, storage, and installation sequencing across multiple stakeholders.
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure timely delivery and installation of OFCI and OSM packages.
  • Lead coordination meetings with contractors, suppliers, logistics providers, and project teams.
  • Act as a key interface between project stakeholders, ensuring alignment on delivery priorities and construction requirements.
  • Track equipment and material status, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures to avoid project delays.
  • Coordinate site activities related to large equipment deliveries, prefabricated systems, and installation readiness.
  • Support construction teams with interface management and delivery planning.
  • Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety requirements, and EHS regulations.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on logistics performance, delivery schedules, and project progress.


  • Requirements

  • Technical qualification or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in construction management, project logistics, industrial project delivery, or large-scale equipment installation.
  • Experience within data centers, semiconductor facilities, industrial plants, manufacturing facilities, infrastructure projects, or other complex technical environments is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of OFCI scopes, modular construction, prefabrication, or large equipment delivery management is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, logistics coordination, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple interfaces in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Fluent German and good English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work on project sites as required.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B).
