At myFranchise Bookkeeper, we are looking for a highly organized and relationship-driven Franchise Account Manager to become a trusted financial partner to franchise business owners across the country. This is more than a bookkeeping role. As a Franchise Account Manager, you’ll combine accounting expertise with client relationship management to help franchisees better understand their financial performance, improve decision-making, and stay financially organized. You’ll work closely with entrepreneurs and franchise operators while becoming an expert in franchise-focused bookkeeping and financial operations. What You’ll Do Become a Trusted Financial Advisor Serve as the primary bookkeeping and financial contact for a portfolio of franchisee clients Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and proactive support Help franchise owners understand their financial statements and business performance Lead Month-End Financial Operations Manage daily bookkeeping activities in QuickBooks Online, including sales, expenses, payroll, AP/AR, and reconciliations Close monthly financials accurately and on time by the 5th business day each month Prepare and review financial statements, cash flow reports, and franchise-specific reporting packages Conduct Monthly Financial Review Meetings Lead monthly financial review calls with franchisees to discuss trends, profitability, expenses, and operational performance Translate financial data into clear, actionable business insights for non-financial business owners Provide guidance that helps franchisees make informed financial decisions Drive Accuracy, Organization & Process Excellence Maintain compliance with franchise system accounting standards and reporting requirements Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and leverage automation tools Collaborate with internal leadership and Network Managers on complex accounting situations and escalations What Makes This Role Exciting?
