- You’re reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working with others.Â

- Â You communicate clearly, and can balance several tasks at once.Â
What You'll Bring
- 6+ months of restoration experience
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Professionalism, dependability, and a valid driver’s license
- IICRC certifications (preferred)

What You'll Do
- Support Daily Operations:Â Work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards
- Work Directly with Customers:Â Maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job
- Keep Projects on Track:Â Document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs
- Promote a Safe Work Environment:Â Spot potential hazards and help put safe practices in place
- Respond When Needed: Participate in the on‑call rotation, including helping with local and out‑of‑town storm work when required
- Help Build Team Skills:Â Assist with training and guiding technicians as they learn and grow
