Emprime is currently seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Concierge to join our team in East Orange, NJ. We are looking to fill this position immediately and are seeking candidates who can provide exceptional service while maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for residents and guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and guests in a professional manner
- Monitor building access and maintain visitor records
- Receive and manage package deliveries
- Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby area
- Provide outstanding customer service and support as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Basic computer skills
- Previous concierge, front desk, customer service, or security experience is a plus
Position Details
