Production Worker - East Orange NJ

We are a fast-paced 24/7 production facility located in East Orange, NJ. Our team is dedicated to maintaining high-quality standards while meeting production goals. We operate 365 days a year with no scheduled holidays off, ensuring consistent service to our customers.

Position Summary:

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join our team. This role requires individuals who are comfortable working in both hot and cold environments, with the flexibility to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
2. Handle, inspect, and package materials according to company standards.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
4. Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
5. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
6. Adapt to varying work conditions, including hot and cold environments.

Requirements:

1. Open availability – must be able to work any shift (day, night, weekends, and holidays).
2. Ability to work in hot and cold conditions.
3. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
4. Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
5. Previous production or factory experience preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
2. 401(k): Available after 6 months of employment
3. Sick Days: 5 sick days per year, accrued from day 1 (available for use after 90 days)
4. Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Available after 90 days of employment
5. Holiday Pay: Time-and-a-half pay for all hours worked on holidays (after 90 days of employment)
