Facilities Maintenance Technician I – Crane Technician (2nd Shift)

Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
$20-$24 hour DOE + Shift Differential

Full-Time | Overtime Available

If you enjoy working with your hands, solving mechanical problems, and learning new skills, this could be the opportunity for you. We're looking for a dependable Crane Technician to perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on overhead cranes in a manufacturing environment.

This is NOT a crane operator position. You'll be maintaining and servicing cranes to help keep production running safely and efficiently.

A Day in the Life

Your day will include:

• Performing preventive maintenance (PMs) on overhead cranes 
• Inspecting crane components for wear and potential issues 
• Assisting with mechanical repairs and troubleshooting 
• Using hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks 
• Documenting completed work in the maintenance system 
• Working alongside experienced technicians while continuing to grow your skills 
• Following all safety procedures and keeping your work area clean 

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn 
• Dependable with excellent attendance 
• Comfortable using hand and power tools 
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights when required 
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial equipment is a plus 
• Previous maintenance experience is helpful but not required
