The NEW Hampton Inn in East Peoria is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Front Desk Agent who is flexible and available to work a variety of both 1st and 2nd shift (as business needs require.)

If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a flexible schedule, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with friendly, professional service
• Check guests in and out
• Answer phones and assist with reservations
• Respond to guest questions and requests
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Work as part of a team to provide an exceptional guest experience

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be available to work both 1st and 2nd shift, including weekends and holiday

Experience:
Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
