GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Marketing Coordinator is a detail-oriented and versatile member of our marketing team. This individual will be responsible for supporting various marketing activities, with a strong focus on managing marketing administration tasks in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), SEMrush social media, and expense tracking. The Marketing Coordinator works across the marketing organization to bring digital marketing activities to life.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build, design, and deploy email campaigns within SFMC for the marketing team.
- Upload and manage contact and lead lists in SFMC, ensuring proper upload and data accuracy for the entire US Marketing Organization and the Sales Development Reps.
- Pull segmented lists to use for targeted emails blasts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that email campaigns align with campaign goals and audience segmentation.
- Build, schedule, and deploy social media posts for the US Marketing team.
- Use SEMrush to schedule and deploy social media content, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement and report insights on performance.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the Marketing team.
- Organize and maintain marketing assets, documents, and reports for easy access by the marketing team.
- Assist with Marketing Sharepoint updates and maintenance.
- Handle the Marketing expenses using Concur, ensuring timely submission and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to track and report on marketing budget expenditures.
- Initiate and send reports in various marketing platforms, including Excel, SEMrush, SFMC, Survicate, Sharepoint and more.
- Coordinate, organize and order tradeshow materials (ie: banners, promos, marketing materials, machines, sample lists, sample boxes, etc.)
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather and create any necessary items needed for tradeshows and events.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing required, bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field considered an advantage
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as SEMrush, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating, planning and executing tradeshows and events.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.
- Experience with Concur or similar expense management systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities.
- Collaborative, team oriented and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Adaptable and eager to learn.
