About the Role:
Join Ichigo Ichie RI LLC as a Sushi and Hibachi Server/Bartender in East Providence, RI, where you will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are experienced, passionate about Japanese cuisine and exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Serve sushi and hibachi dishes with precision and flair.
- Serve beverages, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas.
- Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle cash and process payments efficiently.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server or bartender in a restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of sushi is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Food handler's permit or similar certification preferred.
