Willingness to work as part of "team". Making sandwiches. Making salads & maintaining quantities throughout the day. Using deli scales and bakery printers. Using the meat slicer. Using the oven for baking bakery product. Making salads & maintaining throughout the day. Stocking bakery tables, cheese case and HMR case. Stocking freezer and walk-in. Using cleaning products to maintain sanitary conditions, and for performing general clean up. Product knowledge. Entering information into deli scales and bakery printers. Detailed cleaning of entire bakery deli department. Cleaning the rotisserie with authorized oven cleaner. Packaging. Learn, follow, and model all safety operating procedures Be aware of surroundings and adhere to all safety procedures. Ability to lift heavy objects up to 45 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to stand on your feet continuously on a regular basis. QualificationsKnowledge Skills Needed: Provide a World-Famous Friendly attitude to customers & team members. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to read case labels and shelf tags. Ability to manage time effectively. Ability to multi-task & perform all tasks with a sense of urgency.
