Practice LPN

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) supports the design and oversight of efficient patient flow while promoting an environment focused on patient safety, quality care, and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma from an accredited LPN program and a current New York State LPN license required.

• Current BCLS certification required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

• Proficiency in clinical care tasks including safe medication administration, aseptic technique, and related nursing procedures.

• Strong interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication to support age-appropriate patient care, team collaboration, and analytical problem solving.

• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure completion of responsibilities.

• Advanced proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system is a plus.
