Under the direction of the Utility Manager, the Control Panel Assembler performs electrical wiring and assembly to assemble control panels and enclosures for industrial ovens.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Read technical drawings, reports, and work instructions.
Assemble control panels and enclosures, including drilling and tapping, as needed.
Perform electrical wiring and assembly.
Develop working relationships with Electrical Engineering and other departments to address and resolve issues.
Participate in cross functional teams to address and resolve manufacturing, design, and quality problems, and to ensure the continuous improvement of processes and methods.
