Responsibilities Establish rapport and build relationship with customers. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Be the vehicle expert. Understand the details of product offerings, optional packages and latest technology. Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles. Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business. Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you every day. Qualifications Qualifications At least one year of proven auto sales experience. Fantastic communication skills with your customers. Professional personal appearance. Available to work flexible hours & weekends. Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident. Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, motor vehicle record, and drug screen.
