Revere Staffing Partners Corp. is looking for a Machine Operator Assistant to join our team in Milford, CT. This position offers an hourly rate of $18/hr with full-time hours, Monday through Thursday 6am-4:30pm
Responsibilities- Assist Machine Operators with setting up and operating machinery.
- Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas.
- Inspect products for quality and conformity to specifications.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation is a plus.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and may be required to stand for up to 3 hours at a time.
