As a Banking/Mortgage Loan Conference Call Representative, you will support a leading provider of credit information for mortgage lending to support credit facilitation operations. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring effective communication between borrowers, lenders, and creditors during the mortgage application process. You will initiate and support conference calls, gather updated credit information, and facilitate the exchange of information required to support mortgage lending decisions. 

 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation: 

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and all applicable state and local laws and ensure they are followed to the letter of the law. 
  • Ensure confidentiality of all PII (personally identifiable information). 
  • Updating and verifying information on credit reports. 
  • Maintain expected daily call and processing averages.  
  • Answer incoming calls from the phone queue and refer telephone calls or other inquires to ensure accurate and timely communications are facilitated. 
  • Maintain and foster positive attitude with clients and other staff members through excellent phone, interpersonal communication and customer service skills.    
  • Demonstrate sound judgment by taking appropriate actions regarding questionable findings or concerns within company guidelines. 
  • Consistently demonstrate the ability to respond to changing departmental needs. 
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures and the ability to reference them from appropriate books and manuals. 
  • Adhere to and be compliant, as applicable, with GLBA, FCRA, FCPA, CAN-SPAM, FHA, ECOA, RESPA, UDAAP, as well as all other federal, state and local laws, and company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or GED required. 
  • Hands on PC skills preferably in a Windows environment (Microsoft Office). 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. 
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities at one time. 
  • Ability to make decisions with little guidance. 
  • Ability to work in a team environment. 
  • Ability to learn quickly in order to work efficiently and meet deadlines. 
  • 1 - 2 years' experience in a general clerical position. 
  • 1 year customer service responsibilities. 

 

Job Type: Full-time 

 

Available Schedule: 

  • Training (3 Weeks): Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm EST 
  • After Training: Monday-Friday 11:30am-8:00pm EST 

 

This is an onsite, in-person position located at 500 Penn Center Blvd, Monroeville, PA 15235. Employees are expected to work from the office during scheduled business hours. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.
