The Role
Seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead a high-performing senior living campus.
Campus overview:
- 70-bed Skilled Nursing
- 85-bed Assisted Living
- 90% occupancy
- Direct admissions (including Medicaid)
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily SNF operations
- Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- Manage census, budget, and performance
- Support and develop leadership team
- Partner with executive leadership
Requirements:
- Active NHA license (required)
- Skilled nursing leadership experience
- Strong operational and financial skills
