Primary Job Responsibilities  Set up and operate extrusion machines according to job specifications and safety standards  Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and output  Adjust machine settings (e.g., speed, temperature, pressure) to maintain optimal production conditions  Make repairs to equipment when necessary and replace all broken and/or worn components  Perform routine quality checks and inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges  Record production data and complete shift logs accurately  Load raw materials and monitor material feed  Follow all safety procedures and report any safety problems to the Production Manager immediately  Commitment to our continuous improvement and safety initiatives  Identify, label, weigh and dispose of scrap  Clean and maintain machines and work area to ensure operational efficiency  Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams as needed  Fulfills the role as required in the documented quality system manual, directives and work instruction  Identify and resolve basic machine malfunctions or deviation  Perform all other duties as assigned  Live our Core Values
