We partner with people with disabilities to provide support services, develop inclusive housing, and create spaces where people feel genuinely connected—not just accommodated.      The Behavioral Health Clinician partners with people served and their interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, monitor, and revise behavioral support plans, and provides mental health counseling as requested, including facilitating group counseling sessions. The Behavioral Health Clinician is responsible for ensuring that all behavioral health related services support each person's ability to achieve their own vision for themselves, and supports the facilitation of MANDT and other behavioral health training.       This position reports to the Lead Behavioral Health Clinician and serves the Greater Chesapeake Region, based out of Severn and Easton, MD, with regional travel required. This position must meet the qualifications of a Direct Support Professional, not including CMT training, and is designated as essential, requiring work during times of emergency. QualificationsThe ideal candidate brings three or more years of professional experience providing behavioral supports and mental health counseling to people with disabilities in a community-based setting. They demonstrate a deep understanding and passion for person-centered planning and self-direction for people with disabilities, with the ability to work autonomously in ambiguous situations with little direction, running toward problems without being asked with a solutions-oriented approach. They possess the ability to remain flexible, calm under pressure, and adaptive, with experience working across cultural, geographic, and programmatic lines to positively support persons served. They have excellent oral and written communications and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage positive communication in difficult situations and provide candid and constructive feedback. They are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and have knowledge of outcome systems.      This position requires a master's degree in social work, psychology, or another related field and an LCPC, LCSW, or LCSW-C license, along with the ability to enter clinical supervision with Fello's onsite board-approved supervisors. The ability to drive is a requirement of the position.      This position is full-time, with a typical work schedule Monday through Friday during Fello's office hours, along with frequent evening and occasional weekend meetings or events.
