We’re looking for a Benefits Coordinator who enjoys helping employees, partnering with teammates, and making benefits easy to understand. This onsite role in Easton, PA supports day‑to‑day benefits administration while delivering a great employee experience across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome new hires by coordinating benefit orientations and supporting benefit enrollments.
- Be a go‑to resource for employee questions about medical, retirement, and leave benefits.
- Support leave administration (FMLA, STD, state leaves) in partnership with an external administrator.
- Assist with 401(k) administration, payroll deductions, and employee changes.
- Help make Open Enrollment smooth and stress‑free with clear communication and accurate data.
- Maintain benefit records, audit data, and review vendor invoices.
- Partner with the HR team on wellness programs and special projects.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in benefits or HR coordination preferred.
- Knowledge of benefits programs and regulations (health plans, 401(k), FMLA, COBRA, ACA).
- Strong attention to detail with a service‑oriented mindset.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
