Job DetailsJob Location: Liquid and Topicals Division MD - Easton, MD 21601Position Type: Full TimeJob Category: EngineeringCome join our growing team at Aphena Pharma Solutions !!!   $500 sign on bonus !!!   Essential Functions and Qualifications  Work in cooperation with management to lead the development and implementation of consistent environmental, health, and safety (EHS) processes throughout the Easton facility.   Lead in promoting EHS awareness and training programs.  Work with management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to environmental, health, and safety.  Work with management and corporate EHS to develop policies and procedures that are effective and consistent with corporate requirements.  Manage the emergency action plan emergency response team.  Lead the safety team and conduct monthly safety meetings.  Lead the accident investigation process.  Work with management to track and manage EHS metrics for the Easton facility. This includes, but may not be limited to:  OSHA IR and LTIR  Accident investigation trends along with corrective and preventive action tracking.  Hazardous waste tracking  Conduct regularly scheduled safety inspections of the facility. Implement a strategy for including other employees in a safety inspection program.  Maintain the online SDS database.  Promote EHS awareness and training programs.  Ensure OSHA, EPA and regulatory compliance.  Develop EHS policies and procedures.  Manage emergency action plans and response teams.  Lead safety committee meetings and accident investigations.  Qualifications  Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.  Subject matter expert of OSHA, EPA, Storm Water regulations.  Microsoft Office and Windows proficiency.  Project management, leadership, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.  Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written.
