* Set up and operate extrusion machines according to job specifications and safety standards

* Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and output

* Adjust machine settings (e.g., speed, temperature, pressure) to maintain optimal production conditions

* Make repairs to equipment when necessary and replace all broken and/or worn components

* Perform routine quality checks and inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

* Record production data and complete shift logs accurately

* Load raw materials and monitor material feed

* Follow all safety procedures and report any safety problems to the Production Manager immediately

* Commitment to our continuous improvement and safety initiatives

* Identify, label, weigh and dispose of scrap

* Clean and maintain machines and work area to ensure operational efficiency

* Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams as needed

* Fulfills the role as required in the documented quality system manual, directives and work instruction

* Identify and resolve basic machine malfunctions or deviation

* Perform all other duties as assigned
