Build relationships with participants, parents, coaches, and officials. Maintain a safe sports environment at all times. Make sure that non-participants are not interfering with game play or participation of team members.  Conduct a coaches’ meeting before each game. Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures.  Perform other related duties as assigned.  QualificationsWhat You'll Need 18 years of age or older HS diploma/GED preferred Minimum of two (2) years officiating sports  Possesses advanced knowledge of the sport Display appropriate maturity level and ability to relate to all ages and ability levels Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills Obtain and maintain all additional new hire certifications and trainings within 90 days of hire Work Conditions and Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
