This role is essential in ensuring our members arrive to a pristine and welcoming environment every morning. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, operates well independently, and understands the high standards of a premier private club. Key Responsibilities Morning Preparation: Execute a comprehensive cleaning checklist to ensure all common areas, dining rooms, and locker rooms are tour-ready before membership arrival. Surface Care: Dust, polish, and sanitize high-touch surfaces, furniture, and fixtures. Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and vacuum various flooring types, including hardwood, tile, and high-end carpeting. Restroom Sanitation: Clean and disinfect restrooms throughout the clubhouse and replenish all paper products and soaps. Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring all liners are replaced and disposal areas are kept tidy. Glass & Entryways: Clean interior glass, mirrors, and entryway doors to maintain a streak-free appearance. Supply Management: Monitor cleaning inventory and notify management when supplies need to be restocked. QualificationsRequirements & Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in professional cleaning, janitorial services, or high-end hospitality is preferred but not required. Reliability: Must have dependable transportation and the ability to consistently arrive for early morning shifts. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds for the duration of the shift. Attention to Detail: An eye for the "small things" that contribute to a luxury atmosphere.
