2nd Shift Fulfillment Operator

Tag Systems USA is looking for a Fulfillment Operator to join our 2nd shift team and help ensure our customers receive accurately prepared, professionally packaged, and high-quality card products.

As a Fulfillment Operator, you will play an important role in the final stages of production. You'll work with printed cards, labels, packaging materials, and customer orders while following detailed procedures to ensure every package is completed accurately and on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys a fast-paced production environment, and understands that attention to detail and accuracy matter.

No experience is required; training is provided.

What You'll Do

As a Fulfillment Operator, you'll be responsible for accurately assembling, packaging, labeling, and preparing card products for shipment. You will follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure each order is completed correctly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assemble and prepare boxes and other packaging materials
  • Package cards and required materials according to customer specifications
  • Fill envelopes and packages with the appropriate cards, inserts, and materials
  • Inspect cards and printed materials for errors or quality issues
  • Check labels carefully for printing errors, accuracy, and proper information
  • Print and apply labels to mailers, envelopes, boxes, and other packaging
  • Verify that cards, labels, inserts, and packaging materials are properly matched
  • Perform quality checks throughout the fulfillment process
  • Follow detailed work instructions and established production procedures
  • Maintain accuracy while working at a consistent production pace
  • Identify and report quality issues or discrepancies to a supervisor
  • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and properly supplied
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Follow all company security, confidentiality, safety, and quality procedures
  • Work as part of a team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule
