What You'll Do
As a 2nd Shift Personalization Machine Operator, you'll operate production equipment used to personalize and process customer products while following established safety and quality procedures.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operate personalization and production machinery according to company safety, quality, and production procedures
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Load, unload, and transfer materials between workstations
- Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure work is completed accurately
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Complete job audit logs and production documentation accurately
- Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with inventory counts as needed
- Communicate issues or quality concerns to the appropriate team members
- Follow all security and safety procedures while working in a secure production environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous production, manufacturing, printing, or machine operating experience is a plus, but not required
