What You'll Do

As an Engineering Intern, you'll work with multiple departments and gain exposure to a broad range of engineering and manufacturing functions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist with engineering projects from planning through implementation
• Conduct testing of materials, equipment, and products
• Gather, document, and analyze test results
• Support product development and process improvement initiatives
• Create and update technical reports, specifications, and documentation
• Assist with troubleshooting manufacturing and quality issues
• Perform data collection and basic statistical analysis
• Evaluate engineering processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality Control, and Operations teams
• Participate in continuous improvement projects
• Communicate findings and project updates to team members and leadership
• Learn industry best practices, testing methods, and manufacturing technologies
• Support additional engineering projects as assigned

Qualifications

Required

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering or a related technical field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

Preferred

• Coursework related to manufacturing, materials, product design, or quality systems
• Familiarity with CAD software
• Experience with data analysis or engineering lab work
• Exposure to manufacturing or production environments
• Knowledge of process improvement concepts

Previous engineering experience is not required. We welcome students who are motivated, curious, and excited to gain hands-on industry experience.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Eatontown, NJ each working day
• Minimal travel may be required
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
