We’re expanding our tool room and looking for an experienced Tool Maker to join our team! We have an opening for a CNC Machinist on 1st and 2nd shift

1st shift-Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

2nd shift-Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm

What You’ll Do

As a Tool Maker, you will:

  • Perform high-precision CNC machining and related programming
  • Troubleshoot tooling and equipment issues with accuracy and efficiency
  • Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings
  • Utilize a wide range of general tool room equipment
  • Work independently with minimal direction while maintaining strong organizational practices

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in high-precision CNC machining
  • CNC programming experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency
  • Solid blueprint reading and tool room equipment knowledge

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Machine Tooling Techniques or equivalent experience
  • Experience or knowledge of injection molds (preferred)
  • Journey Worker’s License (highly preferred)
