Description

Position Objective: Manage all aspect of internal donation product flow within assigned department

Experience, Education, Requirements:

Summary of Responsibility – Illustrative, not all inclusive:

Direct and support logistics of physical donation
Fill in for staff as directed by supervisor
Drive truck route as needed
Work alongside Vocational Training participants and volunteers
Set an excellent example of work ethic
Make decisions quickly
Motivated to accomplish and exceed, required tasks
Assist in maintaining intentional, faith-based, healthy, healing community and code of conduct.
Lead and supervise Vocational Training participants and volunteers
Represent a Christian organization and assist in maintaining an intentional, faith-based, healthy, healing community and code of conduct.
Get along well with others from varied backgrounds
