Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay is based on experience. 


Essential Job Functions:

  • Wire and build electrical custom control panels according to customer specifications.
  • Work with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and electrical schematics.
  • Operate a variety of labeling devices, wire lines, and other machines.
  • Perform panel testing.
  • Assist in maintaining the shop schedule and workload in order to keep on time or work with others to come up with a reasonable time frame if it cannot be met.
  • Perform work with high attention to detail and a priority for product quality.
  • Maintain a high awareness of personal safety at all times.
  • Practices LEAN concepts and methodologies.
  • Supports the Vision, Values, and Strategic Goals of the Company.
  • Follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures established by the Company.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
  • Be Willing to Learn and Grow!


Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Technical Associates Degree
  • 5+ years of electrical experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics including reading Ladder Logic and wiring diagrams.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs periodically.
